Hello, I am Jake! My grandparents are from England, Ireland and Barbados, but I grew up in Ashford, Kent.

I graduated with a degree in Modern Languages and Culture (French, German and Arabic) from Durham university in 2013 and I spent six months doing Middle Eastern studies at the Catholic University in Milan in 2016.

My teaching experience includes helping young asylum seekers and refugees with English and British culture as a volunteer in KRAN, tutoring English, French and German to both adults and children from England, Italy, Bulgaria, Iran and Spain and teaching English and CLIL in primary schools in Monza and the surrounding towns and villages.
